About Serenity House of Clallam County
In operation since 1982, Serenity House of Clallam County is the leading housing organization, working to reduce homelessness and housing insecurity for low-income families, seniors, youth, individuals, and people with disabilities. Our primary function is to provide roofs and work with our partnering agencies to stabilize households facing housing insecurity.

What your donations did in 2024!
Your donations have helped us represent the Clallam County homeless response, which provided the following:
  • 3,364 households in Clallam County were provided rents, move-in costs, eviction prevention, and emergency shelter.
  • Our 24/7 Shelter provided 661 guests with 42,679 bed nights.
    • Our kitchen served 50,159 meals.
    • Respite care for 40 community members by partner agency.
  • Two units of family shelter for literally homeless families served 18 families, exiting them into housing.
  • Employed 70 staff members and furnish them with steady jobs, competitive salaries, paid time off, and health benefits.
  • This response provides representation on the Clallam County Homeless Task Force and Housing Solution Committee, the Washington State Continuum of Care, and participation in state and local forums.
  • Served 2,444 individuals through the Coordinated Entry System.
  • Provided 214 landlords $1,283,305 in rents and move-in costs on behalf of 645 households.
  • Permanent Supportive Housing – provided 132 households with safe tenancy in 3 apartment buildings and 10 units of transitional housing.
  • Served 127 people between the ages of 18 to 24.
